Recently I have been eating a completely Paleo diet. This means that I have a little more limited food pallet. But it also means I am eating much more like our ancestors have. I feel amazing and am really happy.
I actually find that Paleo Diet Breakfast is easier now, Paleo gives me so many different options, and without cereals I think I am so much happier. Fluffy eggs, meat, some berries, and nuts completely make my day. Everything is fresh and super delicious I wish that I had known breakfast could be like this when I was younger.
Some days I just make a huge salad with all sorts of yummy things in it and eat that. It tastes better than cereal, I don’t feel tired halfway through my morning, and I generally love everything I eat. It really is the best feeling in the world. Plus, the salad gets me a lot of food for the nutritional value.
It’s really refreshing to wake up and eat something real. I feel better knowing I would eat this any time of the day instead of just in the morning. It also helps that I don’t have to stock different food for different times of day now as well.
